Since the start of Covid-19 our company has taken all saftey precautions to ensure that all clients and staff are not exposed to any microbes. Cancellation Policy
Customer(s) must cancel scheduled cleaning within 24 hours of service to avoid no show fee. Customer(s) are not allowed to reschedule to cancel a previous cleaning by any means this will result in the full total becoming due, customer dropped as client and additional fee will be applied. By booking any services with UpKeep Property Management Services you agreeing to our company terms and conditions. Quotes are free of service. Customer may request unlimited quotes. Our company quotes last up to two weeks from inquiry date. If customer wants to reschedule client must contact us within 24 hours of booking to avoid additional fees.
